Oklahoma Governor Frank Keating's chances of being named United States Attorney General are looking better as of this morning. President-elect George W. Bush offered the job to Montana's governor, but he turned it down. And that has apparently catapulted Keating to the top of the list. An official offer to Keating could take some time. Keating and his wife are in Bosnia visiting Oklahoma troops.
