(Stillwater-AP) -- The hiring of Les Miles as head football coach at Oklahoma State may bring a prized recruit back into the Cowboy fold.
Matt Holliday was rated the nation's Number Two quarterback out of Stillwater High School and signed with O-S-U in 1998.
Holliday says one of the main reasons he signed with Oklahoma State was because of Miles, who was O-S-U's offensive coordinator at the time.
Holliday now plays minor league baseball, and is considered a top prospect by the Colorado Rockies.
Holliday's baseball contract expires next August and his father says Colorado will have 24 hours to show how much they think of his son.
