Two contest questions will be posted each week for the next five weeks. You could actually win some comic books and books on comics with just a simple e-mail.

So you think you know comics? Read the contest rules posted below and get ready to play on Monday, December 4th. The contest is brought to you by your friends at kotv.com.

Contest Rules

Here's all you have to do. For five weeks beginning December 4th, 2000, kotv.com will post two comics trivia questions. Every week of the contest, e-mail your answers to swarren@kotv.com or mail your entry to KOTV, 302 S. Frankfort, Tulsa, OK 74120. If more than two entrants correctly answer the comic trivia questions each week, we'll randomly draw from all the correct entries to select the 10 winners (two winners per week for five weeks). Suspended Animation â€“ kotv.comâ€™s Comic Trivia Contest Rules

1. No purchase necessary.

2. Entrants may register at the KOTV Studios or on-line weekly at kotv.com between December 4, 2000 and January 8, 2000. Entries may be mailed to KOTV, P. O. Box 6, Tulsa, OK 74101 and must be received by 12/11 for the first week questions, 12/18/ for the second week questions, 12/26 for the third week questions, January 2, 2001 for the fourth week questions and 01/15 for the fifth and final week. Entrants may also answer the comic trivia questions at the KOTV Studios.

3. Entries must include name, age, address and telephone number. Contest sponsors are not responsible for late, misdirected, illegible, or incomplete entries. One entry per person, period. One prize per winner period, throughout the duration of the contest. The Suspended Animation - kotv.com Comic Trivia Contest is for the enjoyment of users in the KOTV Channel 6 viewing area. All entries outside the KOTV Channel 6 coverage area are ineligible to win. Mechanically reproduced or facsimiled entries will not be accepted.

4. If necessary, two winning entries will be drawn at random from all eligible entries weekly that have correctly answered the comic trivia questions.

5. Entrants must be 18 years of age. Employees of KOTV, kotv.com and their parent companies or related corporations, their families and members of their immediately households are not eligible.

6. Validation of prizewinner will be at the sole discretion of kotv.com. All decisions made by kotv.com are final.

7. Contest prizes consist of five (5) books of comic compliations and five (5) packages of collectible comics (12 comic books in all). Ten total prizes with two prizes given away weekly. Estimated prize value is $19.95 for each prize. Prizes are not transferable and no cash redemptions or substations are allowed.

8. Odds of winning are based on number of eligible entries received. Prizewinner will be required to sign affidavits of eligibility, releases of liability, and name/photo/publicity releases before prizes are awarded, or forfeit prizes. All Winners will be notified one week after the weekly winners are chosen. First week winners will be notified Monday, December 11, second week â€“ December 18, third week â€“ December 26, fourth week â€“ January 2 and fifth/final week â€“ January 15.

9. Sponsor and it's agencies and parties expressly disclaim any and assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from the acceptance or use of any prize.

10.By entering the contest, entrants are agreeing to abide by all terms of these rules and regulations applicable thereto.
