(Stillwater-AP) -- Boise State head football coach Dirk Koetter may be back in the picture as a candidate for the now vacant Oklahoma State head coaching position.
Koetter had removed his name from consideration, but reportedly was in Stillwater on Saturday to watch the Oklahoma State-Oklahoma game.
Koetter is considered one of college football's top offensive coaches and is one of the hottest coaching prospects in the nation.
O-S-U athletic director Terry Don Phillips has interviewed Western Michigan's Gary Darnell, Dallas assistant Les Miles and former O-S-U assistant Mike Gundy for the job.
Phillips has said more interviews are likely.
Coach Bob Simmons resigned under pressure, effective following the game against O-U.
