(Winston-Salem, North Carolina-AP) -- The Sara Lee Underwear company is issuing a voluntary recall of some baby apparel items.
The company says a decal could flake after washing, and particles could cause choking or discomfort if swallowed.
The company is recalling a union suit, a receiving blanket and a terry-cloth hooded towel, all having puffed decals.
The union suits are one-piece, knit garments with snaps down the front. They have either a giraffe or a cow decal on the left chest.
The receiving blanket comes in blue, yellow or pink, striped cotton-knit fabric with a zebra decal on the corner.
The towels feature either an elephant and birdbath, or a pig and chicken decal on the hood.
The company is offering either a refund or coupons for other apparel in return for the items.
