(Tulsa-AP) -- Tulsa head coach Keith Burns says transfer quarterback Gary Brashears still has a future with the Golden Hurricane.

Brashears was given a leave of absence last week to clear up what Burns calls ``personal problems.''

On Monday Burns said Brashears is still a part of the team and enrolled in school.

Burns says the Parade All-American quarterback from Clarksville, Arkansas, has a lot of work to do to get himself right. Burns adds that if Brashears can do that then the sky is the limit for him.

Brashears transferred to Tulsa earlier this year after leaving the University of Arkansas.
