Prosecutors could file charges Monday afternoon against Steven Harris. He's accused of killing his wife and her sister last week in Summit, Oklahoma. Summit is located south of Muskogee. Deputies responded to a call at Harris' home last Thursday because of an argument about a truck. When they arrived, they found someone had shot Lillian Harris five times, and her sister Sonya Kay Washington had been shot once in the back. Both victims later died at a local hospital. Investigators say Harris has confessed to his role in the murders.
