(Tulsa-AP) -- An 18-year-old Tulsa man will spend two years in prison and five years on probation in connection with the destruction of Jewish headstones in a city cemetery.

Dillon Garrett Bell was sentenced today in Tulsa County District Court.

Bell and 20-year-old Jonathan Brian Duke were arrested in August in connection with the vandalism of 89 gravestones at Rose Hill Cemetery.

Bell's defense attorney says Bell is sorry for what did. Bell has apologized to the Jewish community and says he will do what he can to repay them.

A judge ordered Bell to pay eight-thousand dollars in restitution and serve 160 hours of community service. Some of that time will be spent cleaning cemeteries.

Duke was sentenced earlier in the week to seven years in prison and five years of probation for his part in the vandalism.
