(Tulsa-AP) -- A Tulsa communications company says it took a third quarter loss, but that revenue grew.
Williams Communications said today it's continuing to expand its fiber optic network.
The company reports a third-quarter net consolidated loss of 150-and-a-half (m) million dollars, or 32 cents per share.
The company says its revenue is up by 35-and-a-half (m) million dollars over last year as it signs on more customers, including long distance companies and Internet providers.
Williams says it anticipates meeting the expectations of analysts that revenue in 2001 will be up by 100 percent.
