Second alleged victim testifies in rape hearing

The second victim in a rape case testified during the preliminary hearing Tuesday. Prosecutors are trying to determine if there's enough evidence to try four men for a variety of sex-related charges.

The 18-year-old witness testified that two defendants dragged her to a back office, and raped her last June, during a late night party at a car dealership in Owasso. The defendants say she consented to the sex, and their attorneyâ€™s spent most of the day cross-examining her. They did get the woman to admit that earlier that evening, she was drinking and socializing with the defendants.

Late Tuesday during the hearing, the woman said she believes her interview with an Owasso police detective was videotaped. Defense attorneys were surprised by that statement, becasue they didn't know about the tape. They say if it exists, the Owasso detective has been withholding evidence.
The detective was expected to take the stand first thing Wednesday morning.
