(Poteau-AP) -- A LeFlore County prosecutor has reopened an investigation of an Internet Web site.

Poteau residents Vaughn and Traci Barnes say their names have been attached to sexually explicit photos of a couple who bought their home.

District Attorney Rob Wallace met with the Barneses yesterday, but he declined further comment.

The Barneses filed a petition last week to empanel a grand jury that would look into allegations against the Internet site.

But the petition was quashed because the judge said it lacked specifics. The couple says they'll refile the petition if nothing comes of the criminal case.

Wallace has said he was reluctant to prosecute because the site may originate in Dallas and because of questions about the legal definition of pornography.

The Barneses have filed a libel lawsuit against the Gallants.
