(Broken Arrow-AP) -- Police in Broken Arrow issued arrest warrants today for two Tulsa men in connection with a drive-by shooting that left a 21-year-old woman dead.
Police are looking for 22-year-olds Gary Eric Cooks and Lawrence Londale Harris on first-degree murder warrants.
Thirty-year-old Clarence Lavell Allen surrendered to police yesterday after a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Officers say Atlanta Jacobs and her family had just left the Broken Arrow Community Center Wednesday night because of a fight during a basketball game.
Police say three men involved in the fight followed the car and opened fire at an intersection where several cars were stopped.
Jacobs was shot in the temple as she sat beside her baby in the back seat of the car driven by her husband. Jacobs' husband and baby were not injured.
