(Broken Arrow-AP) -- Police have arrested a 30-year-old Tulsa man and are searching for two other suspects in connection with a drive-by shooting that claimed the life of a young mother.

Lieutenant Paul Kroutter said this morning that Clarence Levell Allen surrendered to Broken Arrow police late yesterday after a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Twenty-one-year-old Atlanta Jacobs of Tulsa died about 11:15 p-m Wednesday after she was shot while riding in her family's car. Authorities say Jacobs was shot in the temple as she sat beside her baby in the back seat of a car driven by her husband.

Police say the shooting occurred after a fight at a pickup basketball game at the Broken Arrow Community Center.

Kroutter declined to identify the other two suspects but says he anticipates arrests soon.
