(Poteau-AP) -- A Poteau couple is suing over the use of their first names on an Internet site.

Vaughn and Traci Barnes say Eric and Lynna Gallant bought the Barnes' home a year ago and have used both the house and the Barnes' first names in sexually explicit photos on the Internet.

Traci Barnes says they have been teased and ridiculed since word about the site began spreading through the town of about seven-thousand.

An attorney for the Gallants calls the lawsuit ludicrous. David Wasserman says the Gallants have not used last names and that the Barnes don't have a trademark on first names.

The Barnes want a grand jury investigation to determine if state obscenity laws have been broken.
