Barbee becomes wrestling coach at U-S Military Academy

(Norman-AP) -- A former Oklahoma State All-American has been hired as the wrestling coach at the U-S Military Academy.

Chuck Barbee will be the academy's eighth wrestling coach in the program's 78-year history.

Barbee is from Oologah and was a three-time All-American at Oklahoma State.

He was Jack Spates' top assistant at O-U and helped the Sooners to a fourth-place finish at this year's N-C-double-A tournament.
