US House District 6

(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Randy Beutler (BUTLER) won the Democratic nomination in the Sixth District.

Early returns have Beutler leading with 71 percent of the vote.


US House District Five

(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Representative Ernest Istook has won the Republican nomination in the Fifth District.

Early election returns have Istook winning with 85 percent of the vote.


US House District Four

(Oklahoma City-AP) -- U-S Representative J.C. Watts won the Republican nomination in the Fourth District.

Early election returns have Watts receiving 83 percent of the vote.


US House District One

The general election ballot for US Representative in district one is set. With more than 70% of precincts reporting, Dan Lowe is running away with the democratic nomination over his opponent John Krymski. Lowe has 80% of his party’s votes.

On the Republican side, incumbent Steve Largent has defeated Evelyn Rogers with 88% of his party’s vote.
