Parents in Skiatook met Thursday night to vent their frustrations with the school system after the locker room hidden camera case. Dozens of parents turned out for a meeting in Skiatook’s John Zink Park. They say they need a stronger voice in what happens in their schools. “I want to see a more parent friendly school,” said Skiatook resident Mike Eckenfels. “I want to see a school that actually shows where the rubber hits the road, that the parents are involved. That when parents come to them, they are taken seriously and the issues they are concerned with are addressed.”
