(Tulsa-AP) -- It will be at least next week before four Owasso car salesmen know if they'll be charged for allegedly sexually assaulting two women at the dealership, The alleged incident occurred nearly three weeks ago.
District Attorney Tim Harris is out of town until next week. And Harris will make the final decision on whether to file charges in the case. Two women -- aged 18 and 19 -- have accused the salesmen at Classic Chevrolet in Owasso of attacking them during a late night cookout at the dealership June 30th.
The four men have insisted that the sexual contact was consensual. The dealership says the men have been placed on indefinite, unpaid leaves of absence until the investigation is complete. The men have been released from jail.
