(Okmulgee-AP) -- Okmulgee County authorities have captured one of two escaped jail inmates. Curtis L. Winn was captured between midnight and 1 a-m today. The person answering the phone at the Okmulgee County Sheriff's office says she didn't know if Winn resisted authorities, who apparently came upon him while he was in a pickup truck.
Authorities are still looking for Robert Allen Cagle. Cagle and Winn escaped Tuesday evening. The 19-year-old Cagle is described as 5-foot-7, 140 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He has a slight build and a ruddy complexion. He also has tattoos on his right arm and left breast and scars on his left cheek and right calf.
He is charged with possession of stolen property and the attack on Leery, a drug-detecting German shepard that works for the Okmulgee County District Attorney's Office.
