TULSA, Okla. (AP) -- Two men drowned Monday in the Arkansas River at Keystone Lake dam after their fishing boat capsized. The two victims had not been identified.

One body had been recovered, but authorities from Tulsa, Sand Springs and the U.S.Army Corps of Engineers continued to search for the second body.

A 9-year-old boy who was wearing a life jacket survived the boating accident. A 21-year-old man without a life jacket also reportedly survived.

Authorities said the boat was apparently drawn into current caused by open floodgates pouring water from the lake into the river. The floodgates were closed while authorities searched for the second body in the river.

A witness said he did not hear the boat's engine start.
