Tulsa sheriff's sting ends in citations for store clerks

(Tulsa-AP) -- A sting operation in Tulsa has resulted in eleven store clerks being cited for selling beer to people younger than 21. Four clerks were cited for selling tobacco products to a minor. The sting was conducted Wednesday by the Tulsa County Sheriff's Department as part of its Safe Summer Campaign. The sheriff's department says 16 stores refused to sell the products to minors.
