(Stillwater-AP) -- A woman accused of conspiring with a lover to kill her husband has lost another bid to get out of jail on bond. A Payne County district judge Wednesday rejected the fifth request for bail by Jennifer Jo Paeyeneers.

Prosecutors have filed their intent to seek the death penalty. The 24-year-old Paeyeneers is accused of first-degree murder and conspiracy in the November 29th death of her husband, Floyd Thomas Paeyeneers. Paeyeneers' attorney says her client maintains that she's innocent.

Nineteen-year-old Philip Eugene Meadows remains in jail without bond on a first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder charge. Meadows has admitted shooting Paeyeneers.

Cameron B. Chesney and Kenneth Kamal Sharif Lewis -- both 19 --are out on bond. They are accused of conspiracy to commit murder and being accessories after the fact.
