(Tulsa-AP) -- A Michigan man has been sentenced to five years in prison for his participation in a multistate drug distribution conspiracy. U-S Chief District Judge Terry Kern also ordered 31-year-old Martin Quesada to pay a $5,000 fine and imposed three years of post-custody supervised release.

Quesada pleaded guilty April 17th to a conspiracy charge. He admitted handling money -- sometimes as much as $100,000 -- in a marijuana conspiracy. The conspiracy is believed to have funneled tons of marijuana through Mexico to major U-S cities.
