PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) â€” A 70-year-old Portland woman was killed Saturday when she was dragged under her vehicle at a car wash.

Mayselle Beatrice Collins pulled into the Astro Jet Car Wash but left the gear in the drive position when she got out, police Sgt. Mike Hefley said.

She became pinned between the door and the car when she tried to get back in the vehicle to shift the gear to neutral.

The woman was dragged under the car and died of her injuries, Hefley said.
