Child in hospital after witnessing murder

An eleven-year-old Tulsa boy is under observation at an area hospital Tuesday after witnessing the murder of his own mother.<br><br>Police say the boy broke down after watching his father kill his mother.

An eleven-year-old Tulsa boy is under observation at an area hospital Tuesday after witnessing the murder of his own mother.

Police say the boy broke down after watching his father kill his mother. Investigators say the father, Zurial Gray, received divorce papers from his estranged wife, Harriet, Sunday.

They say Gray forced the woman to kneel down in their bedroom Monday evening before shooting her in the head.

The couples nine-year-old daughter was also home when the shooting happened. She is reportedly staying with relatives.

After the shooting, police say they tracked Gray to a Tulsa apartment where they found him dead of an apparent suicide. Police say they believe that he shot himself with the same gun he used to kill his wife.
