(Oklahoma City-AP) -- The Women's College World Series starts today in Oklahoma City. Play gets under way when Washington plays DePaul at noon. U-C-L-A plays Alabama at 2:30, followed by O-U against California at 6 p-m and Southern Mississippi against Arizona at 8:30. The tournament is being played at Don Porter Hallof Fame Stadium.

(Albuquerque, New Mexico-AP) -- Oklahoma City University's Ryan Ellis is one stroke behind the leader after two rounds of the N-A-I-A men's golf championships. O-C-U is in fifth place in the team competition and is 14 strokes behind the leader.

(Lexington, Kentucky-AP) -- O-C-U's tennis teams are doing well at the N-A-I-A national tournament. The men's and women's teams have both advanced to the semifinals of their tournaments.

(Sunriver, Oregon-AP) -- A Tulsa golfer is in the lead after one round of the N-C-A-A women's golf championships. Tulsa's Stacy Prammanasudh shot a three-under 69 yesterday and holds a one-stroke lead over Oklahoma State's Maria Boden. The tournament is being played in Sunriver, Oregon.
