(Oklahoma City-AP) -- The Supreme Court today denied an application for stay of execution by Oklahoma death-row inmate Charles Adrian Foster.
The application was filed with Justice Stephen G- Breyer, who referred it to the full court. There was no dissent.
The court also denied a separate appeal by Foster.
Foster is scheduled to be executed shortly after midnight tomorrow morning.
Foster was convicted of killing Muskogee grocery store owner Claude Wiley in 1983.
