(Oklahoma City-AP) -- About 120 small schools in Oklahoma won't be getting computer service from federal funds because of the actions of a Tulsa-based company.

The Federal Communications Commission says Master Mind Internet Services was too involved in helping the schools apply for federal subsidies.

This means the schools will lose out on about $20 million in subsidies for Internet service and related services.

The F-C-C found that the schools had listed Master Mind employees as the contact person for the school, rather than a school employee.

The F-C-C says this was improper since the schools are supposed to seek bids from other providers.
