(Stillwater-AP) -- Oklahoma State golfer Charles Howell has been named Collegiate Player of the Week by Golf World magazine.

Howell's four-under-par at The Maxwell last weekend gave him his second consecutive medalist honor.

The Augusta, Georgia junior won the Big 12 championship last month by ten strokes.

Howell leads the third-ranked Cowboys into N-C-A-A competition at the Central Regional in Victoria, Texas this week.
