NEW YORK (AP) — Howard Stern says he may leave Viacom-CBS when his radio-syndication contract runs out later this year.

The shock jock denied an item in the online Drudge Report that CBS has offered him a five-year, $100 million deal for his continued services.

``Matt Drudge is full of it. I've never even met with CBS about a contract renewal,'' he said Monday on his syndicated radio show.

Stern's contract is up in November.

``I've heard from different companies that want to hire me away, if I can say that,'' he said.

CBS said it would not comment on ``rumor and speculation.''
