The same storm system that caused flooding in northeast Oklahoma has brought flooding to Eastern Missouri.

The National Weather Service says the area west of St. Louis has received a foot of rain over the past 12 hours.

State police say they've rescued dozens of motorists and residents from high water.

At last report, at least 3 people have been hospitalilzed and one is missing.
