(Stillwater-AP) -- Two men have been charged with helping plot a fatal shooting of a Stillwater man.

Cameron Brent Casey of Stillwater was charged with conspiracy to commit murder and being an accessory to murder after the fact.

Kenneth Kamal Shariff Lewis faces similar charges. Lewis failed to show up for court charges. Authorities believe could be in California.

The pair is charged with planning to help Philip Eugene Meadows fatally shoot Floyd Thomas Paeyeneers on November 29th. Meadows and Paeyeneers' wife, Jennifer Jo Paeyeneers, have been charged with first-degree murder.

Stillwater police Officer Randy Lowrey says Lewis told police that he talked with Meadows and Chesney about killing Paeyeneers hours before the shooting.
