(Oklahoma City-AP) -- The state Senate has voted that Democratic Majority Leader Billy Mickle has the authority to control the Senate agenda.
That's despite the fact that Lieutenant Governor Mary Fallin is still acting as Senate president.
The vote was supported by all 32 Democrats and opposed by all 15 Republicans.
Senate President Pro Tem Stratton Taylor says it means the Senate will begin the process to reconsider the right-to-work measure Tuesday.
Right-to-work would prohibit union membership as a condition of employment.
Republicans want the right-to-work amendment to pass, but Democrats oppose it with a 2-to-1 advantage.
