KOTV sports anchor/reporter Scott Higgins has been named the new ORU assistant athletic director. "There are a lot of great things going on in the O-R-U athletic department and I'm honored to be a part of it," Higgins said. "I've enjoyed my time at KOTV and have made a lot of great friends."

Higgins joined KOTV in 1997. The Jenks High School and Oklahoma State University graduate returned to Tulsa after serving as sports director of KLAS in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Higgins last day at the station will be April 17th.
