Disney Institute Coming in May

At the Chamber's invitation, the Disney Institute returns to the Tulsa Sheraton Hotel on Thursday, May 4, 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., to present its highly acclaimed seminar, "The Disney Keys to Excellence." In the opening session, you'll enhance your own leadership skills as you learn to communicate a compelling vision for the future, mobilize your team to meet its business challenges, power your team's progress, and be a leader who makes an impact. Later that morning, you'll learn how to manage for creativity by Defining the culture, Aligning the ideas, and designing, processing and refining the product.
