Two Oral Roberts University basketball players say they'll be cleared of allegations of sexual assault. Leon Irving and Derrick Taylor were starters for the O-R-U Golden Eagles.
They were suspended after two 18-year-old female students claimed they were sexually assaulted at a party at one of the men's homes. Irving and Taylor told the Tulsa World they were suspended from the team for violating the school's honor code. They admitted to drinking, illicit sexual acts, and other behavior that violates code, but say they are innocent of sexual assault. Tulsa police are still investigating the case.
