(Norman-AP) -- The University of Oklahoma has hired a new volleyball coach. Athletics director Joe Castiglione announced today that he has hired Kalani Mahi, pending approval by OU's board of regents. Mahi was recently first assistant under Julie Morgan at Illinois State. Mahi says to coach at the Big 12 level is a dream come true. Before going to Illinois State, Mahi was on the coaching staffat Bradley University for six years.
