(Stillwater-AP) -- The Stillwater school board continues to draw heat from parents for its decision to move the President's Day holiday from February 21st to February 16st. Parent Jerry Rackley opposes the decision because he says public employees are being allowed to take a scheduled school day to lobby for a political cause. And Marc Tower says he's concerned that allowing the schedule change for a political issue may set a precedent. Donna Neeper says moving the holiday might create hardships on parents who had already made plans for the three-day holiday. School Board President Bob England says he felt the board made the right decision.
