(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Oklahoma just had a physical -- it flunked. The state's health report card was released this morning. It says Oklahomans smoke too much, don't get enough exercise and need to get health insurance coverage. The report was compiled by the state Board of Health. It says Oklahoma's health hasn't gotten any better over the last year and continues to lag behind the rest of the nation.

According to the study, Oklahomans are dying 11 percent fastert han the rest of the nation from things like heart disease, cancer, injuries and strokes. State health commissioner Doctor Jerry Nida says it's going to take physicians and patients working together to get the state fit.
