(Washington-AP) -- The father of six-year-old Elian Gonzalez is expressing anger at those responsible for keeping his son in Miami.
In an interview with A-B-C's "Nightline," Juan Miguel Gonzalez says he feels like "breaking the neck" of politicians fighting the boy's return to Cuba.
And he says Elian's relatives in the U-S don't "have any feelings."
The father repeated previous statements that he has no intention of going to Miami to pick up his son. He said that "Miami Cubans would just entangle" him in their "political games."
An attorney for Elian's Florida relatives, who are caring for him now, say they will go to federal court next week. They plan to challenge the Immigration and Naturalization Service's ruling that Elian must be returned to his father in Cuba.
The I-N-S, meanwhile, has rejected a second asylum petition filed this week on behalf of Elian by his Florida relatives.
