(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Oklahoma Natural Gas Company is fighting a ruling on depositions involving a 1993 contract that allegedly requires the company to pay above market costs for natural gas. O-N-G is asking the Corporation Commission for a hearing on the ruling by administrative law judge Connie Moore.

Ratepayers are seeking relief from allegedly improper and excessive purchased gas costs they claim are contained in the 1993 supply contract with Dynamic Energy Resources. The ratepayers want depositions from five former or current O-N-G officers. Moore granted a motion for the depositions. O-N-G requests oral arguments before the Corporation Commission on an appeal of Moore's ruling.
