(Shreveport, Louisiana-AP) -- Oklahoma had plenty of success at home this year. The Sooners are glad to be named the home team for this year's Independence Bowl in Shreveport, Louisiana.
Coach Bob Stoops says the team will treat it like a home game. They'll wear their crimson jerseys. Oklahoma was 5-0 at home this year. The team was 2-4 away from home.
