(Tulsa-AP) -- Police in Tulsa are trying to identify some human bones discovered in a ditch. An eight-year-old girl found the bones in a drainage ditch behind her house. Police Captain John Bowman says the girl was playing behind her home when she found a jawbone.
Physicians at Tulsa Medical Center say the jawbone was human. Police searched an area behind the house and also found a couple of ribs. The State Medical Examiner's Office is working to determine the age of the bones and cause and manner of death.
