Imagine finding out that your neighbor has a flame thrower.
A working one, with a range of 100 feet.
Police say that's what a man had behind his home in Warren County, New Jersey.
They say it was mounted on three wheels, and probably weighed more than 500 pounds.
State police say they have surveillance tapes of it working.
They say they found fliers advertising it for sale for ten-thousand dollars.
Albert Foulkes Junior has been charged with manufacturing and possessing a destructive device.
Police say Foulkes also faces other weapons charges, for having a stun gun, large-capacity ammunition magazines and a plastic jar of what authorities believe is homemade napalm.
