Oklahoma hopes to continue the success it's had at home games this year on Saturday.
The Sooners are taking on Missouri, which ended a three-game losing streak last week with a 34-to-7 victory over Texas Tech. The Tigers beat O-U last year, but had lost 12 in a row to the Sooners before that.
The Sooners fell to 4-and-3 and 2-and-2 in the conference last week in a 38-to-24 loss to Colorado in Boulder. O-U has had better luck at home, winning by wide margins over Indiana State, Baylor and Texas A-and-M.
Coach Bob Stoops said after last week's performance, he and his staff are pushing for the kind of consistency that is needed to win on a regular basis.
The loss to Colorado may have killed O-U's chances in the South Division of the Big 12. But a victory over Missouri could begin a winning streak that could garner a bowl invitation.
