(Oklahoma City-AP) -- A vote by the Arena Football League board of governors appears to signal that Portland's team can now move to
Oklahoma City.

Two-thirds of the board voted yesterday to approve a relocation for the Portland Forest Dragons. But team owner Ed Gatlin did not
say he would move his team to Oklahoma City.

Oklahoma City Mayor Kirk Humphreys is trying to attract an Arena League team and has spoken to an owner. Gatlin has reportedly said he has been trying to sell his Portland team for more than a year after losing more than one million dollars this season and losing more last season.
