The really rich have gotten even richer. Forbes Magazine has released its annual rankings of the world's billionaires.

Thereâ€™s no surprise at the top, where Bill gates reigns for the 11th year in a row. He's worth $46.5-billion. Investor Warren Buffet is second with $44-billion.

Two Oklahomans have made the list. They are George Kaiser at 132; he's worth more than $4-billion. And David Green, who owns the Hobby Lobby chain, comes in at 548.

The number of billionaires grew by more than a hundred from last year, to a record 691. Combined their net worth is $2.2-trillion.
