OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Oklahoma congressmen Tom Cole and Dan Boren[pictured] are headed overseas for briefings with foreign leaders and military officials and a visit with wounded soldiers.
Cole, Boren and three other members of the House left yesterday for a visit to Iraq, Jordan and Germany.
Cole -- leader of the delegation -- will be visiting Iraq for the fourth time, while this will be the first visit for Boren, who is a freshman member of the House Armed Services Committee.
Few details of the trip were released because of security concerns.
Cole's office said the congressmen plan to make post-election observations in Iraq and visit with Oklahoma troops.
