Tulsa Police say Hoover Crips have shot at G-Unit members at least 3 times. The most recent proved deadly.

16 year old Eli Craven was shot and killed while riding in a car. No one has been arrested for her murder. Police and her family say they need some hard evidence to make an arrest. They’re urging someone to be a hero to help lock up the person responsible.

Her family says Eli was a good friend and helped others. They say she did get into trouble for skipping school and talking back to her teachers. They've all been troubled by her death. Eli’s mother Deborah Craven-Moss: "We miss her everyday. I used to take her to the bus stop for Central everyday and her phone would ring off the hook with her friends calling all the time. Now it's quiet, that's been silenced now."

Eli's family hopes witnesses will bring the killer to justice so her death will not be in vain.
