A traffic accident involving a Tulsa Police officer sends one person to the Tulsa County jail.

It happened at 2 AM Friday near I-244 and Harvard when the officer pulled over a driver on a routine traffic stop.

As the officer worked this stop another driver came along and sideswiped the police car and then kept on driving. He was stopped about a mile away near 4th and Yale.

Tulsa Police say the suspect was drunk and was arrested on his third DUI.
